Maybe you should take this list of catcher attributes around to the nearest middle schools and see if you can recruit one for next year who meets your standards.

Number one, I am not harassing Mihashi! All I did was ask him for his opinion about what he wants out of a catcher so that I can be a batter catcher for him. If I remember correctly, I didn't ask you.
I do hope that Mihashi will tell me what he wants and not what you think he should want.
Number two, are you seriously comparing my 13 year old throwing arm to your 16 year old catcher's? My throwing arm is great and I have an excellent training menu to enhance that thank you very much.
Finally, the fact that you're criticizing me for not mentioning that a catcher needs to be able to throw well, eat right, and look at things I find a little low, because, really that's kind of what everyone on the team needs to do and I figured it didn't warrant a mention, as it is kind of the basics.

Yeah, and I'm not really giving all this advice to you, but to my Apprentice.
I would hope that he tells you what he wants, and not what he thinks you want him to want. That's sort of my point.
Also no, I am not comparing your thirteen year old arm to anything. I saw your arm very recently and also I heard about your performances from one of my spies (yes, you are not the only person in the world who has spies Also, I have the NHK baseball news you moron!). I know you're not as strong as Akimaru is NOW and Akimaru is a lazy catcher whereas you are an obsessive one who still doesn't have a very strong catching arm. I'm told your cleanup batter has a better catching arm than you. Isn't that kind of embarrassing, Takaya? Shouldn't you want to do better?
Lastly, if all you got out of that was "throw well, eat right, and look at things" and ignored the important baseball points, well. That's retarded.

Gee, could have fooled me, what with you addressing me directly in the post several times.
and- God! Of course I want to know what he wants! That was the whole point of asking him- UGH. Don't just flip words around! I don't see how that was your point anywhere.
I don't know why I even respond to you.
I am seriously, totally hurt that you call my attempts to understand my pitcher's needs as a "lame pretend question." What would you rather I do? Never ask Mihashi what he thinks?

What, you really want to know? This isn't another episode of "throw what I want you to throw, Mr Crappy Control?"
Except that Muscles has pretty good control, so maybe you just like that better.
Look. You definitely helped me through a tough time, and I appreciate that. But you also never failed to tell me where you thought I sucked and how I could do better. I'm just returning the favor, okay?
Haruna-shishou, you wrote so much! This has some things I'm not sure I completely understand, but I will think about them carefully when I talk about my battery with Abe-kun.
I think, for me, the most important part of what you've said is at the end when you talk about support. I don't think I need jokes, but knowing that he'll be at my back if something goes wrong is the thing I didn't have with Hatake-kun, my catcher at Mihoshi, and it hurt our entire team. Hatake-kun wasn't trying to be bad, but he couldn't be motivated in that situation, so I hope that I can help motivate Abe-kun more in the future and that we can support each other.
Even though Abe-kun wasn't harassing me, I'm really glad that we have a relationship where you're willing to stand up for me. You've always been really kind to me. Thank you, shishou!
... I guess I need to work on being sneaky. (Abe, could you lend me your Art of War? Or tell me where to find it?) As for the other stuff... been working on them forever. Kazu-san is strict about such things.
I really hope I will be able to become a catcher Jun-san can rely on.
Erm, a shot in the dark here, but is Muscles Mihashi? And if so, why? He didn't look especially muscle-y, the last time I saw him. O.o
You're almost right. But a pitcher has to be sneakier, because he has to be able to throw so that he fools the batter into trying to hit something he can't. All the catcher strategy in the world can only sort of make up for that lack.
And you can always play in college you know. My catcher is graduating too and he is going to play in college! Baseball is fun and you should never stop playing!

You can do all this, if you want to. And I am going to work hard to make you want to.

Hey aren't you the catcher for Tosei? Nice to meet you!

Former catcher. I'm at the end of my third year, so I'm an old man and they won't let me play anymore.
