Oh god, IMMEDIATELY go to the doctor and see if it's flu, and if so get Tamiflu. That shit works. However, you might get a visit by the diarrhea fairy. But still...I can think rationally today, first time in five days! They say "first 48 hours", but a coworker did it on the 3rd or 4th day and turned it around, and I think I have too. Do it!
