I love his INTENSE FACE. I love that he never does anything halfway! I love that he's adorable with his beard -- I mean girlfriend. I love how fucking charming he is. ;___;
Logaaaan. I love the way he developed as a character, going from this psychotic asshole to someone the audience could genuinely care for. I love that he would move Heaven and Earth for the people he loves. I love how deeply he loves.
Remus Lupin (who I almost asked you about!) is one of my favorite Harry Potter characters. I think he is endlessly fascinating, because he doesn't just wear everything on his sleeve, and yet he has this quiet openness about him that seems to endear people to him. I always want to hear more of his stories (which is probably why of HP fandom, I'm most fannish about everything Marauders-era), and I do truly believe that his relationship with Sirius was more than simple friendship.
His trajectory in book 7 (and the end of book 6) felt weird and unexpected for me, and no matter how many times I read it, it still feels somewhat OOC. I like seeing angst, but the way he's portrayed really hurts me. And the Tonks thing feels contrived to me, but that's a wholllle other discussion.
My favorite books are the one where he features prominently. My favorite fic includes him. I just... I love him, and find him fascinating.
people are locking fic? really? i've heard people are ditching the fandom for good, but why lock the fic? someone still wants to read it, probably. *shrugs*
wow, you've been in a lot of fandoms! i think i can count a grand total of three for me, haha. we share bandom, so yeah. i pick bandom. tell me why you love brendon.
That's my viewpoint! idk, bb, the internet is weird.
Hmm, I guess I have! I've only written for a very few of them. There are more that I've written for that aren't on that list, but. Those are the ones I have some emotional investment in, still. What are your three fandoms? I'm guessing bandom, AI RPS, and...maybe Harry Potter? Everyone was in HP. Anyway. Brendonnnn. God, I could write a million essays and never stop talking about how much I love Brendon and why. I love the songs he wrote, I love how self-effacing he is, I love how complicated he is. I love that he cares deeply about his family, even though it's clear there's a lot going on there. Also, he's hot. That helps.
HP was weird. I wasn't active in the Livejournal corner; by the time I got here with HP I was mostly doing sorting communities and stuff. Your feelings on HP fandom are kind of how I feel about SPN -- love the show, read some fic, but man, does that fandom intimidate me. Although that's mostly because the overwhelmingly dominant pairing is incest and omg dnw. >.<

I'm interested and excited to see what he does. I always liked him best singing Ryan's lyrics but I have faith that he'll do good stuff without Ryan. \o/
such a cool meme! there are so many from that list (ok, like three, whatever) i could choose from but i'm going to go with gus from psych. ♥___♥
i'm still processing the breakup thing and by that i mostly mean avoiding thinking about it because ;____; i'm interested to see how things go in the next couple months, though.
GUS! Oh my gawd. I love his relationship with Shawn. I love that he just collects random information. I love that he dresses so snappily! I love everything ever about him in the undercover model episode THE END.
:( The Disco Divorce had me sadfacing for a bit, but...mostly I was just like, "...yep." Sigh.
ANYWAY OH MY GOODNESS TELL ME WHAT YOU LOVE BEST ABOUT PETER LEWIS KINGSTON WENTZ III.
gus is the most adorable and omggggg his fucking clothes. i love the fucking looks he gives shawn and how they are so mfeo it hurts. um. :D
it kind of sucks how unsuprising it all it is. it hurts, but it's not surprising. boys :(
oh, oh, pete. i love pete's laugh and i love that he loves patrick. i love his eyes, oh god, do i love his eyes. i love when he twitters at ashlee and i love when he twitters about his kid. I JUST LOVE PETE WENTZ, OK.
You know I love you enough to repeat myself using different words!!
LOGAN -- I love that he's a difficult person. His relationship with Veronica unravelling in S3 was so, so believable. I love that he doesn't do anything halfway. He's a severely fucked-up person who doesn't try too hard to reconcile the disparate parts of himself, and the way that plays out fascinates me.
DRACO -- Oh, man, Draco Malfoy. Before there was Brendon/Ryan, there was Harry/Draco, for me. Draco always has been and always will be the ultimate victim of circumstance in my mind. I don't really know that I could say I love anything about Draco as a person, because he's not a particularly lovable -- or even likable -- character. I loved his scene at the end of The Half-Blood Prince where it's made clear to the reader that the main characters are children. I always love talking about personal choice and how much our circumstances affect us as people, and Draco is perfect for that sort of discussion.
