YAYYYYYYYYYY YOU. (Though, I've been meaning to warn you that I have a tragic amount of work to do this week, so there may be a fair bit of time when you're here when I have to sit and do drafting work for lighting, or work on my Shakespeare essay, or so on. SIGH. However, there will also be LOTS of cuddling and happiness. *CLINGS*)
I completely agree with everything you said about Where The Wild Things Are. Unsettling was one of the words I arrived on as well, and I've been having the exact same experience: the more time passes, and the more I let it kind of settle in the back of my mind, the more I find myself feeling very positive things for it. In a kind of bizarre, not quite how I expected kind of way.
That's totally fine! I will bring books. :D *clings back* (Remember how when you visited I spent most of the time at work? Sympathy for the Laura, I has it.)
Yeah, that's exactly it, really. IT'S AN EXTENDED METAPHOR FOR CHILDHOOD. YOU HATE IT WHILE IT HAPPENS, THEN YOU LOOK BACK ON IT FONDLY.
I'm glad you enjoy reading about it. I sometimes feel self-conscious about talking about my faith on LJ because the internet doesn't always tend to be particularly religion-friendly.
