Debbie's continuing to circle the drain. She's conscious, but sedated and intubated. Apparently, you can add Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease secondary to about two decades of smoking to the list of things that are threatening to take her down.

This is really bad. Please keep praying, folks.

Debbie called down and spoke to Kelley a little while ago. Apparently, she said something to the effect of "I feel really bad and I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it."

Debbie's really not doing well. Apparently, she's going into septic shock, is on a Dopamine drip and may have to be intubated. This is most certainly not the kinda news I wanted to hear before Christmas.

Pray for her, please.

Dude, Christmas cannot come quickly enough. Sadly, the holiday has gone from being a celebration of the birth of my savior to a couple days off from work. I need to work on that, and I'm hoping I'll be able to adjust my attitude accordingly before tomorrow ( Read more... )
