Happy New Year, everyone!!

I still have like, no resolutions for this year. I should probably come up with some.

Some random thoughts...
1) I really miss LJ sometimes. I miss writing silly things about shows or movies I watched and discussing it with you guys. I like Tumblr, but it's really not the same.

tumblr is full of pictures only. I can see why you might get lonely there. Then again, there is fic. But people tend not to comment, but just "reblog" or whatever. As you might be able to tell, I never go into tumblr. Well I look at them, just don't use 'em.
Though i can't say that I have been very interactive on LJ for a very long while. Mostly just being there. What's that word again? Oh yeah, lurking.

Hello!!

You've pretty much got the idea of Tumblr, even if you hardly go there. And I like it for certain things, but it's definitely not for discussions - and I think it's actually pretty difficult to make friends on there; at least, I don't talk to many (if any) of my Tumblr "friends" (a good portion of my followers/who I follow are people from LJ, though).

I log into LJ once in a while and lurk as well, haha! :) Pity it's definitely not as active anymore, though.

I miss LJ too but like you can see I haven't been around lately, like at all :/ I got tumblr because the graphics tbh lol Also, I don't know if people still use icons? Anyway, I think LJ isn't that bad anymore because there's a few things that before were a pain in the ass and now are fixed or better. And totally agree with that other poster. One thing I dislike about tumblr it's that you can't really comment on things. Fics ie. Sometimes I want to review but then it have to be an anon comment (which I don't like and another thing I got the account) or being an user but not knowing if the author really cared for your review because they didn't reply back or whatever...so yeah

Also, I feel like I'm repeating myself all over the internet lol but I'm really trying not to get into Sendrick. I was into Achele from the Glee fandom and that was very disappointing at the end. I feel the child of a divorced couple now. So, with Anna and Brittany I just try to not think that much and just enjoy the pretty. But it's hard! I mean, the

Yup, I really hate that you can't have a proper discussion. I think it gets annoying when it clogs up your dashboard and you keep on reblogging just to reply to something. It's like, stop that! Haha.

With RPF, I mainly just squee at how cute the celebrities are being with each other. I mean, they're real people, so they have their real lives and such and I think RPF can get a little creepy when fans try to contact the actors about it? I always cringe and am like, dude, just leave them alone; they're obviously just good friends (even if we ship them). I mean, I think eventually the tweets and such will die down as the movie gets old? Older? IDK. Jaime Murray and Julie Benz still tweet and stuff, so maybe not.

I agree with you about the Beca/Chloe fics, though. (PS: You should read this if you haven't already.) I love, love, love the Faberry fics. And there's so many good ones! (The fics on Tumblr are kind of scary sometimes. It has to be said).

RPF in general can get a little creepy tbh. In all my tv/movie fan life I just had two pairings that I'm willing to admit that I shipped: Bleighton from Gossip Girl and Achele.

Bleighton was all fun but with the Glee girls ngl, personally sometimes I got so suspicious about them. Like, I always tried to be skeptical and stuff but sometimes couldn't help but be like "??? ooook" I mean, they interacted for almost 4 years.

Now, with PP I just got into recently and isn't like the movie was released that long but with Sendrick, I don't know why, I was actually surprised to see that they still hang out together. And that they still have some form of communication which is nice. But tbh that is it. I don't mind them but I'm too much into Bechloe to bother with them. Guess that Achele was the exception to the rule, if there's one that's it lol

Yeah, the two I can really say I shipped were Bleighton and Achele. And now Sendrick (which people have also pointed out work really well - in terms of naming - as the real life Brittanna). Though I think I ship Sendrick more than Bleighton and Achele put together; I liked the other pairings as well, I just never got super, super into it like everyone else.

I think the thing about Brittany Snow and Anna Kendrick is - like you said, that they still hang out together. There was this interview where I think Brittany lists Anna Kendrick as one of her good friends (next to Sophia Bush and a couple of others). As time passes and they get busy with projects, I think they'll probably spend less time together, but it's sort of like Emily Blunt and Anne Hathaway (omg, that was another one I shipped! But less hardcore) where they're always SO pleased to see each other.

Totally understand about being more into Bechloe. :)
