Well tommorrow I will be contenuing in my diet. I know, i never told you all i was even on a diet. Well i am and i did good in it today. Here's how it works. 7AM - 12PM I can eat on thing. Example would be like a small bag of chips, bowl of ceriol, hamburger and fries, ect... like one meal. Also I get one soda for the day and one candy. That's

you are the person who i think least needs to be on a diet~ but i guess its good you want to take care of yourself~ ^-^... but the best diet in the world is NO dairy products... trust me~ IT WORKS~ XD *kisses*
