the stereo my turntable is hooked up to is crappy so it doesn't play very loud. i think i may need to buy a new stereo to accomodate the blasts of fury from my vinyl.

yeah, shaggy and i only have my crappy boombox right now, so we've been saving up for an actual real-deal stereo for a while now.
