another quick update from my dad's - still no internet at the place we're housesitting... we were hoping to find a wireless network we could hop on, but all the nearby networks are secured and we can't seem to get on the nextdoor neighbours network, even though he gave us what he thinks is his network key.... he figures it must be a mac-pc issue

and I we have successfully found ourselves almost as far apart, geographically, as possible, while still living in Canada. Insane.

I (as you may have noticed) have limited internet access at the moment - but I am spending the night at our future home (we move in March 1st) and there is internet here. So I am going to go catch up on your life.

Well, tell you what. It's honestly easier to catch up on the phone, and I'm on a wicked phone plan here where I get free LD in Canada and the US. I'd be happy to phone so we can catch up a bit more easily that was. It has been a few years, afterall! There's got to be a billion stories to tell. :D
