Consider my mind blown.

So Wednesday was the Tegan & Sara and Death Cab concert.  Holy shit... it was fantastic.

We got there, and the line to get in the venue went all the way down the street... so we hiked to the end and Alli dropped her ticket along the way, and that could have been a fiasco, but some kind stranger was like "Hey dumbass, you dropped something".

again, i really didn't like city & color, for some reason he really bored me. i think i just wanted him the fuck off the stage for tegan and sara, i was amped for them. also, i think i like so jealous more than the con. not gonna lie. i listened to so jealous on my ipod speakers while taking a shower yesterday, and after that i listened to the con (both on shuffle but that does nothing to ruin the album in anyway), and again--i liked so jealous more. but those two so far are the only ones i have listened to fully. i normally listen to all of my music on shuffle.

as for old stuff, tilly and the wall (i will always bring them up) played 'pictures of houses' when i saw them last, at hartwood acres. i was shocked by that one, too, because that song is off of woo which is REALLY OLD.

after that show though i can't stop listening to 'like o, like h', i fucking love love love it.

dfjdfkdjfkjf her tirade about McCain was the best, so was Sara's about love ahhhh. I think they're great too. i also think overall my favorite thing about ( ... )

ugh, I'm so jealous! (no pun intended)

Tegan and Sara skipped over San Francisco during this tour (except for the treasure island festival which is hardly a T&S show since they only played a half hour and the cost of admission to see all the bands was too much for me), and I wanna see them play old stuff so bad! At least they're not playing My Number. That's my favorite of their songs, and if I found out they were playing it during this tour I might cry.

Also, I only saw Death Cab once four years ago, but I was astounded by how amazing they were live. A Tegan and Sara/Death Cab for Cutie ticket sounds like perfection to me.

It was pretty mind-blowing. Both bands rocked their asses off. I suggest if ever they're in your area (together or separate) you check it out. :)

I've seen Tegan and Sara four times, but it never seems to be enough.

Dude that sounds like an awesome T&S concert! They are coming to Australia next year but are skipping my city, which totally sucks!!!
