UCE: United Council of Earth.
Its gay, allright, i know, but the actual government has very little, to jack shit to do with the apocalypse besides creating a new god and pretty much fucking EVERYONE OVER.
And in all honesty i put alot of detail into something that really wasn't relevant at all. DERRRPPPPPP
So the UCE was really just an excuse for America THE WORLDS' SUPERPOWER COUNTRIES to basically rule the world and kick everyones asses and keep 3rd wourld countires as 3rd world and have everyone under control and basically get away with anything under the guise of "HEY DUDES WE'RE CREATING A NEW AND BETTER WORLD TEEHEE"
And only a few of the SUPER TOP SECRET FUCKERS knew about the whole "human weapon angel hell and earth blabhblah wtf is this bad fiction book nonsense" Cause it sounds pretty bad and if it wasnt top secret everyone would think these buggers were insane anyway and would not want them in charge of the military.
SO as it stands there is a pretty basic layout as far as uniforms and classes go. But its not somuch that there arent specific variations of the uniforms depending on country of orgin and regions. WOW THIS IS ONLY COMPLETELY VAGUE AND RETARDED but like....for example:
a uniform for someone in Russia would wear the standard uniform, colour and cut depending on rank and career, but there would probably be a coat involved in the uniform with fur lining. And someone from china, would have the standard uniform but would possibly have the small asian-esque ties instead of the typical buttons.
All i did in terms of a standard ranking system was add two more levels tot he NATO system, compensating for China.Japanese and UK military, so now there is OF12-OF01
Ranks from highest to lowest now include General of the Air Force/Army, General, Cheif Marshal, Lieutenant General, Major General, Brigadier General, Commodore, Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel/Commander (a split rank, cause i totally forgot about it), Major, Captail, and then 1st and 2nd Lieutenant.
Navy goes from Fleet Admiral, Admiral, Vice Admiral, Lt. Admiral, 2nd Lt. Admiral, Commodore, Captain, Commander, Lt Commander, Lieutenant, Jr Lieutenant and Ensign.
Enlisted ranks stand as is (Cheif Master Sergeant, Senior Master Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Technical Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Senior Airman, Airman 1st class, Airman) (Sergeant Major, Master Sergeant, Gunnory Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, Lance Corporal, Private 1st class, Private) (Master Cheif Petty Officer, Senior Cheif Petty Officer, Cheif Petty Officer, Petty Officer 1st Class, Petty Officer 2nd Class, Petty Officer 3rd Class, Seaman, Seaman Apprentice)
Also i tried to establish an LE rakning for the local law enforcement (policemen/firefighter/etc) but its irrelevant anyway since that shit doesn't matter in the apocalypse. It went something like Cheif of Police, Sherrif, Deputy Cheif, Inspector, Deputy Inspector, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Detective, Corporal and Officer, or whatever it was, like i said. Irrelevant.
Medics were divided into their given classes, but colour coded andgiven area-definitive garb. Nurses were in white and pale blue, Doctors in Dark blue, and Surgeons in Red (a surgeon was someone who usually worked heavily with genetic manipulation, so the difference between a doctor and a surgeon was pretty vast.
For a human surgeon, they would still wear blue garb. If there was a patient who had splicing done, or extensive cybernetic implants, a surgeon would be called in)
The uniform altered slightly depending on base of operation.
Weapons were pretty advanced (obviously) but cyber-weaponry and real-weaponry were both used. Hacka for cyber wepaonry were avaliable, so soildiers were also given sparce ammunition to use in a hostile situation, and real blades as well as cyber-blades. Most local enforcement did not have cyber technology.
Robots were used in sparce amounts-- the hacking abilities of a robot were worrying, so human soldiers were still the most ideal circumstance.
In the Navy-- Underwater bases were very common, and submarines were mostly used for transportation there and back to the surface. Most of these were flooded or destroyed in the disaster, as they would commonly rest near fault lines.
The Air Force also had High-Rise sky platforms. Most, if not all of these, are now destroyed. A few still exist, but they are impossible to reach without a flying machiene, which are dangerous to fly.
Uhhhmmmmmm fuck i don't know what else i had figured for them THEY PRETTY MUCH RAN WWIV on the smaller countires (yes there was a 3rd world war somewhere along the line) and the media was dubbing some of the UCE's actions on them as "the second holocaust" even though it was completely out of context to the first one BUT YOU SEE-- it was meant to be wrong. History and study hasn't really become a focus anymore. Half the kids in school did not really know their ancient history. So an incorrect label like that was pretty much accepted to the public.
Uhhmmmm people in general either stood by the UCE, or strongly opposed it. Most of the opposition was in the sparce parts of the larger countires, or they were the smaller countires trying to be roped into the UCE.
