so to add to the crappiness i've been feeling, my computer woouldn't turn on. this is in no way my wrong doing. i called 1-800-SOS-APPL for the tech. help and after talking with them about the problem for 45 MINUTES their only solution was that there is something wrong with my computer and i have to send it in to them to be worked on. they told me

that happened to me too. it was because i left it plugged in too long. i just had to take out the battery and turn it on just plugged in. try that next time. but it does do this weird thing when i shut it down and then turn it on. i have to try to turn it on. close the top and then it turns on. i have to investigate. yeah. it sucks. sorry.

ye i was on the phone with the mac people and they had me trying everything but it just would not turn on. the chimes would sound but nothing happened on the screen. i dont know hopefully it will be fixed when i get it back.

hey if we had an LJ get together on friday evening (this friday sept 17) in south quad basement (50s looking cafe bar in there) would you be able to make it? itd be like around dinnertime ish...maybe 7? we'd all get pizza and stuff, chip in for whatever we wanna get.
