I saw the Kronos Quartet perform last night in Florence oldest Theatre. They played a bunch of Mahler, a couple pieces arranged by John Zorn/ Mike Patton, some east indian Ragas, and a couple lebanese pieces. Best 10 euro I've spent yet.

check their tour dates online ... they're working their way up through Northern Europe over the next two weeks and will do a North American tour over the holidays through January. I'd definately recommend going if you get the chance.
