Scottish Festival

I'm going to the Scottish Festival at Stone Mountain tommorrow. I was going to wear my kilt but dang it's Cold out there! The weatherman said a low of 40 degrees in the morning and windy! May have to rethink tommorrow and find something else to do inside.

I just got back from the festival and it was rainy and cold but Kilts were everywhere!
