To get to my house, you can take a left. Or you could take a right. Both times. It doesn't matter. Either way, you'll end up in the same place... my house. its a nice thought, isnt it? fate? that we have a destiny and no matter what, we're gonna end up there and be content?

kinda takes away from the significance of anything happening right now though. like, youre removed from the responsibility of your actions because youre just gonna end up in the same place anyway, so why try?

and why try to struggle through any of life's obstacles if you'll end up the same place youd be if you didnt struggle, if you just gave up?

no, id rather believe that my present actions will somehow change my future. id rather believe im fighting for something.

**i apologize for possibly a more pessimistic outlook, i just read about existentialism.

Home is always there. Easy or hard to get back to. But sometimes you have to leave to find out what it is in the first place.
