1.) I do, actually. I was friends with two people for a few years, and we gradually grew apart, and I've never been completely happy with that. I don't think we were close or similar enough to have remained friends our whole lives, but I shared a very personal time of my life with them and I often wish they'd stuck around, even though it's probably just as much my fault as it is theirs ( ... )

I agree about singing. It's like your soul is wandering around the room; I don't sing, but I see it on other people's faces when they do it.

Haha, I figured, but hey, the other could be cool, too. ;-)

Every other instrument is a measure of your skill and talent, too, but because singing literally comes from inside you, it's like showcasing a part of yourself, and that makes me feel really vulnerable. Also, sob, your icon!

1.) I think it takes a while. I don't particularly like to share my innermost thoughts with anyone, but there's a level of comfort I have with my closest friends that's what I always aspire to achieve.
