Actually, I have thought about it. I don't want a funeral. I want a concert, of John Rutter's "Requiem." It's the only piece of music that has ever made me cry. Failing that, a party. Play games, tell jokes ... live.
As for the choice of paths ... I'm right there with you. I'd like to think that I'd go for the unfamiliar, but really, I'd probably go with the one I already know.
And I'm sorry to hear about your uncle. The Roth family's had way too many deaths around it lately, hasn't it?
I just think way too much sometimes. I'm never sure if anyone thinks about the things I think about either. My head feels like it will explode if I don't write anything down though. I don't like sharing many things, to me it's like telling the world all about me.
We Roth's have something in us that keeps us going. I'm not sure how easy I can explain it though. We have had a lot of tragedy and yet for some reason we are still there for each other.
