dishes to freeze?

I'm looking to spend some of my mornings off cooking some food to have frozen for when little girl arrives. I'd love some suggestions. We eat pretty much everything.

Most Italian is good for freezing, casseroles, enchiladas, chili, soup, etc.

Pizza is always good, even cold. That's about the extent of my knowledge with cooking.

Chili works well for me to freeze. I think as a general rule it's easiest to avoid freezing things with rice or pasta in them so the rice or pasta doesn't get soggy--just make the item without, freeze it, then make rice or pasta when you reheat the item.
