The internet film I did is now up online. However, its so awkward/offensive/I really don't know I don't think I'm going to post it on here. After watching it though, I realized I need to loose about 10 pounds. Why? So I don't have an extra 10 pounds on me via the camera. So, I'm opening this up to everyone for a little help/suggestion/advice column

2. drink WATER. no sodas, tea, coffee, anything else. i know....that one is torture for me, i'm doing it right now.
3. i'm on a great little drug called "Alli." it's a diet pill that's not addicting, and i've tried EVERY ONE of them out there. up to this point the only thing i HAVEN'T done is plastic surgery and this has been the first thing that has helped. however, if you do break the diet you're on while you're on the pill, it will make you feel a little gross, but it will definately keep you on track.
4. exercise and then don't eat for at least an hour afterward.
that's what i'm doing. and so far i've lost about 12 lbs. hope you find something that works for you.
