David told me about your dad this morning. It's very scary when things like that happen almost out of nowhere. It really forces us back into reality and makes us remember that we should cherish the time we have here, with our friends and family. Which sounds corny, but it's so true. Anyway, if you ever want to talk about stuff, you can always IM me or call me - I've gone through some rough times in my life and I'm always willing to provide some insight on things, if I can.

Sometimes it really helps to talk to someone. I'd suggest therapy - I've been in it before and it really helped me.
