Its the strangest thing. While working ISF I see great similarties between some people here and other people I have worked with at other places. Basicly there attitude and how they work. Its kinda scary but ain't terrible ( Read more... )

A person by person break down of their jobs by the hour per day. Basicly it will take this person 3 hours to leg up those platforms and then another person 1 hour to face them. Once the person that finished legging the platform he was to move on the building flats for the rest of the afternoon. (as an example.) (I think that makes sence)
