knowing how crappy life gets, don't worry about it...unfortunately, my timing is always bad. I can't say that you were the only, but it's a lot better than having a bunch of people, and no one to run to. Loneliness is the last thing you wanna feel, so i'm glad you had Adam to be there for you.
