Today our Boris passed away. Margaret called me at work to say he had taken a turn for the worse - he was an old cat - so I came home immediately and maybe he had wanted to wait for me to say good-bye because only a couple of minutes after I was home he went away (to chase those mice in the sky

I'm really sorry for your loss. It's not easy to lose a Russian Blue; they softly insinuate themselves into every last corner of your heart and your life. There's nothing in the world like them. But he is so lucky to have had such a very loving home; no cat could have asked for more.

Dear old bozza,

So sorry I didn't get to come around and bid you farewell. I intended to do so. Didn't realise your appointment with the heavyside layer was so soon.

Will never forget meeting you, and boggling at your similarity to our precious minchinbury - you really could have been related. Hoping you guys might cross paths in the cat life.x

bless you for the joy and love you brought to the kammel-lawsons. I'll be thinking of them, commiserating re their loss, and celebrating your life.
