It is. It uses a hokay method of slaving a pair of emulated sticks to the mouse and keyboard, so you'll only get the same kind of response as you would if you were using a pad. Basically, when you move the mouse, it pushes a virtual stick to match the velocity of the mouse. On top of that, there's no mention of the sample rate it works at, so whilst I'm sure it exceeds the man-machine accuracy of a controller, I don't know that it would necessarily take advantage of the specs on high end mice.

Don't get me wrong, it's the only solution to the problem in the case that no native kb/m interface is available, but it's not ideal. I *was* going to say, based on a review I read previously, that it can't be configured, but I just read that apparently the only things that can't be configured are the sticks, which I would always want where they're already configured anyways.
