wow i mention the word college (i know its scary right?) to my mom... and she goes psycho saying that she doesnt want our familiy split up and all this stuff... i could understand if i was going to a university in like NY or Cali... but nooo im going to UAB or somewhere in TN... so i got a "talk" on the way home from rob's about how im not gonig

ok fuck that. ITs your right to go to school where you please. i hate parents trying to keep their family '"close knit" it's your life. Yes they will miss you but the world does not end. What are you suposed to do when you're older live next door to them. Your mother seems VERY overprotective. You have to make her realise yeah i may be you "baby" but i am not a baby anymore and i have to learn to live on my own some time soon...

my dad tried to pull that with me... but finally gave in. Granted i still live at home and do not yet attend college... he would ENEVER stop me from being happy... so if it ment him living in NY and me moving back to NC... so be it.
