No, since judging by your information, you must be new in Johto. And when you're new in Johto, your Pokemon are so pathetically low-leveled to the point that you wouldn't be taken seriously. As a bonus, there are no powers that work here other than the Pokemon themselves.

Therefore, you're not really someone I should have to worry about.
