I would fill out your form but for anyone else who sees this comment, I can't as I am not leaving an address a) Because my Canadian address confuses the hell out of me, and b) Because the Canadian postal service confuses the hell out of me, so I don't want to risk sending cards until next year (assuming we're all still in contact which I do), when I will be back at home.
