Italy. Meister, neighbor, important ally. Germany is more attached to him now that Italy is all he has, although some times he becomes stressed when thinking of Italy's safety. They have a strange mutual... thing... between them that Germany is not very aware of. Germany wishes that the others would not doubt his choice of a meister so much. It does not help.
Prussia. Brother who no longer has his nation in his timeline, but has appeared from the past in this world. Germany admires both versions of his brother despite their vast difference in personality. He is relieved that their relationship here is less strained that what he has been used to at home by this time (most of the strain from his side, guilt is a heavy thing). His brother is younger here, and Germany does not know if he is to act older, but Prussia is good at being the elder one despite. Germany was also protective of his Prussia after getting him back from Russia, and he's brought that habit with him here to this Prussia.
Canada. Germany can distinguish him from his twin brother, America. Between them, Canada is far less obnoxious and annoying. He likes Canada's quiet and kind ways, and he is vaguely aware that there is a good soldier under all that wuss.
China. This China seems to be from the 1960s, when China was wrecked by civil war. He likes talking to China, mostly because since China comes from an older time, Germany has an excuse to keep with his aged habits, too. Somehow, their talks always take on a mildly cryptic and creepy tone.
England. Another neighbor. Germany would not want to eat his food, though, but they get along well enough, and he respects England as a nation of great history and accomplishments. He does not doubt England's ability to be a good weapon for Prussia.
America. Loudmouth idiot. Germany would like to remain stoic against him. Germany respects him as a superpower, but America is really too much sometimes, and America has a way of triggering all the pride buttons in Germany. Even if they are very much misplaced.
Liechtenstein. Switzerland's sister. Another one to protect, perhaps. Her German characteristics is a balm to his stress, and if he is able to, he will assist her in all her endeavors.
Switzerland. Not so bad.
Hungary. Ungarn, one of his neighbors. Osterrich's friend, bane to Preussen. But they get along well enough, if one were to ignore her bloodthirsty beatings of the poor Preussen. She is like a sister.
Taiwan. Germany almost forgot she existed, and always mistakes her for Hong Kong. Sorry, Taiwan.
Korea. Oh, god.
Japan. An ally, who has always had a good head on his shoulders. A little inscrutable, perhaps.

Arashi. Another efficient one. Japan's citizen, so perhaps that is not so surprising.

Kazu. One of Japan's children. Should learn to watch his mouth sometimes, although it is probably just Germany being inept with kids. Sharper than he looks.

Lisa Garland. Nurse Lisa. A medic. May be useful in the field. Also seems to be hardworking, which he approves of. She is always questioning him about his past and the war, which makes him very uncomfortable. Drug addict, Germany had to drag her to the hospital. It was not a pleasant experience.
Kojiro. Japan's citizen. Deaf and mute. Must protect.
Laura Kinney. Very efficient weapon.
Grell Sutcliff. Unmanly. Also loud. And thinks he is gorgeous, which is sorta nice.
