I'm meeting with the people who have the place sometime next week, when they'll be in New York. I have a feeling that that meeting will be the deciding factor: how well I click with them, their answers to my questions, etc

Good luck with whatever you do! It really sounds like it's going to be great whatever you do...but the deciding of which is the hard part.

I am happy for you dear. I am sure whatever you choose will be whatever is right for you. And don't feel too pressured because if you don't jump on this one now, something even better can pop up for you later.

I live n a deserty area myself and you get used 2 the heat and besides, hot here is not like hot on the east coast because its far less humid.
