Wow. And what I'd have to say to your boss in response is that this co-worker must be awfully cowardly and immature if she isn't bold enough to speak to you personally about the "issue" nor is she bold enough to even talk to the manager.

She's lame. And she tries to call off seriously, every single shift she works. And she only works every other weekend!
