Red Hair and Billy Graham

Less LJ Commenting
OK, something is up. People are commenting less than normal all throughout LJ, it seems. Are the upcoming holidays affecting the number of LJ comments? No, it’s something else. What we need is synchronized days off from LJ. We should all synchronize our LJ vacations, so that we don’t miss anything. ;)

I don't know if I have noticed that there is a great reduction in LJ comments so much as there are not as many posts which are interesting. :-) Granted, my group of journals that I read is not all that great, so when a few of them disappear it seems like time has stopped on LJ ( ... )

Nah, there's probably not been a great reduction in LJ comments. It was probably just another natural fluctuation in the LJ traffic -- or maybe my imagination. =)

Startling admission: I've never been a big fan of red hair, either, if you can believe that. Black hair would have been more to my liking, but God didn't choose that for me. (I'm not sure, but if that was a compliment, thanks ( ... )

I agree with you, I couldn't rejoice over false teachings being presented; at least, I don't think I could so easily rejoice over something like that ( ... )

I haven't been commenting much - or even posting for that matter - because I'm still travelling. :)

Red hair is great!

Thanks for the comment, then.

Glad you like red hair. =) I've learned to be content with it. My mom prayed for a redheaded child, and she ended up with three of us. =P

Billy Graham's birthday is in a couple days. I'm surprised he didn't wait until then. :P

Is it? How old will he be, I wonder?

I guess they've picked a replacement protestant pope to fill his shoes, so he can pass off the scene now.

Yups, Franklin. He seems to be slightly more sound in his understanding of salvation but still Arminian. =/

You're right. (Actually, my guess is that many of the "converts" don't end up getting baptized or attending church at all.) They think because they've said a prayer, they're heaven bound. =| Sad is right. ...

Yeah the lack in LJers is quite annoying. I guess I’m one of them so I shouldn’t be talking, lol

I would say something a bout Billy gram, but I don’t really have the time, but what ever the comment would have been (had I the time), the point would be that although he’s a great evangelist I disagree with him in several areas, and I can’t say I’m super sad (if sad at all) that he’s gone.

LOL. You are the problem, my man. ;-) No, you've been pretty good with posting and commenting, I think. Maybe the real problem is that the # of interesting posts has declined recently, as Aaron said. Thus the decline in comments. ...

Well, the way I'm thinkin' is that some may have been saved in spite of Mr. Graham's doctrinal errors, because of the Scriptures. That I'll rejoice in. However, I will also rejoice that the doctrinal errors will no longer be taught by him! =P
