For any of you using the sweet e-mail feature that sends comments, you should know that LJ has been bad recently. Over the last three days, many comments have failed to be sent via e-mail. As a result, several people’s comments were temporarily missed. =/ Just thought everyone should know ( Read more... )

Yeah, you went from 1st place to very low -- but it's understandable give events in your life. =)

You made 7 comments, actually, last month. So ... 9th/10th place, maybe?

There's no trick to it. I just use Outlook Express and manually count up the number of e-mails (= comments) from each person. It doesn't take long at all, but there may be counting errors every once in a while. =)

You know, I was thinking that perhaps if you used the LJ stats every week you could figure out the difference each time.

The only problem with that is that you wouldn't be including all the comments recieved from people on friend's journals.

Hmm. Not toooooo bad. But maybe I'll try to do better this month (good resolutions time, you know).Although, compared to Char's 69 - when she hasn't even been on! - it's pretty pathetic.

No, 4th is not too bad, but it isn't too good either. =) Then again, not everyone can be in the top 3.

Actually, these were the number of comments from last month, and I think Charity was around most of the time (?). This month things are going to be a bit different, it looks like. I predict you won't even be on the top seven, but your sister will be first. =P ...

Good observation. Yeah. I go through these cycles: "full" beard --> sideburns + goatee --> just mustache --> "full" beard. =) Variety is nice...
