dear neal,

it occurred to me as i read through this lovely update on your life that you are a victim of the atrocious habit of double-spacing between sentences. i'm not sure how this hasn't caught my eye in the past. interestingly, dave just wrote a short blog entry on this very topic.

...the more you know.

love, jess

p.s. we are totally snowed in, & not going to fran's...unless andrew calls me & bludgeons me into it.

hee hee, I was a computer teacher, and taught (and continue to teach) my kids to hit "period, space, space...". :) Who knew?! How do you feel about ordered lists. (ie: Billy, Sara, and Sean; or is it Billy, Sara and Sean)

well, i was (& continue to be) a jerk of an english major, so... :-)

a good general rule of thumb for commas is to always be sparse with them; if one isn't absolutely needed, don't use it. i find it easiest to think about it from a fluidity of reading standpoint rather than to stress about "what's grammatically correct" (although it is).

so: billy, sara & sean.

& please, spread the single-space love!
