brown is beautiful. but that being said you have to be careful not to get caught in that whole seperate but eqaul thing. they rejected it for a reason, because in concept it seems atrociously evil and yet so many people practice it. classifying us by race. saying we have certain qualities because we look like somthing. our pride should be as human beings. how are we any more connected to the people that look like us than the ones that don't. my little china boy is as much my brother as my freckled, albino, "we can't play outside too long because the sun's our enemy" nation

I never understood that though. You CAN'T have white pride. That IS racist. You can have pride in your origins, like if you're German or Scandinavian or Irish, but not your skin color. I think you're right in a sense but the line gets easily shady and turns into semantics. I guess what I mean when I say I have white pride is that I have european pride. Think about it. Black people always (when being politically correct) say that they possess African pride but africa is not a country, it is a continent. Have you ever heard a black person say that they pride themselves in their nigerian roots? I think, though i do not know, that this is because they are far too much removed from their original ancestors to know exactly what country in africa they come from. This is true in many white americans too. I know a little of my roots, polish, autrian, jewish but a part of my ancestory is just a mystery. And my parent's parents raised their kids not in the culture of their european heritage but in the culture of america. So in a sense we are very disconnected with who we are and where we come from
