I'm going to not do Or, I'm going to do and to this question. The Book Series I wish that would have gone on longer is The Hurog Saga (Dragon Bones & Dragon Blood) by Patricia Briggs. The story telling format was kick ass, and who doesn't love it when the hero pretends he's an idiot just so people don't expect things out of him. It was a REALLY good little duo of books that left room for more (though she moved on to the Mercy stuff, but she still loves this series), and I'm a sucker for a really good and funny sword & magic with dragons kinda story.
The series that needs to end already, I agree with Kristen...LKH. Seriously. Enough's enough. She's already slaughtered most the characters, and I haven't read since Jason's book. In fact, I haven't read anything she's written because it all sounds the same. Plus her blog off-puts me because she makes herself sound like the authority on everything vampire and werewolf, which while I'm down for twilight bashing and all....she has no room to talk with her books in the state they're in. I'd also wish the twilight series would end, and while the books did, apparently the fandom won't die. Ah well.
