Well now, we have two things to celebrate on this glorious day of May 17, 2004. One: The 50th anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education--Hurray for integrated schools (although some parts of this country probably still need to work on this)! i saw an infomercial about petitioning for the constitutionality of a ban on gay marriage and *almost* called the toll-free number to bitch them out. then decided it'd be a waste of breath and reassured myself that what voters think about the constitution doesn't matter -- only the supreme court. and john ashcroft has not corrupted them yet!
