Innate:
Voice recognition. Toph doesn't forget voices, so when hearing a familiar voice, she knows who it is. Disguising your voice or whispering could throw her off a little, but not if you talked for a long time. Characters who dress in disguise or have secret identities won't fool her, but she won't out anyone unless they piss her off.

Generally good sense of hearing and physical awareness. Making up for being blind, she's able to feel movement around her very precisely, and has a very acute sense of hearing. Nothing superhuman, but far better than the majority of humans could speak of.

Her fighting style is based on kung fu, so I would say that even without her bending, she has mastery over her own style of kung fu, although she'll have to relearn how to do it without bending.

Regained:

Seismic Sense

You can't sneak up on Toph, unless you're a flier or if she's not on the ground.

With her feet touching the ground, Toph is basically able to get a complete sense of her surroundings. She can make out individual ants crawling on the ground yards away. Things not touching the ground throw her a little, but she's a trained enough martial artist that she can tell where people would be. Say if you leapt into the air- the way you pushed off the ground would allow her to figure out your location. She's only thrown by characters with extra abilities that allow them to stay airborne for longer or move with more agility.

Materials are important. Toph doesn't wear shoes with soles, because it would be like wearing a blindfold. Dirt and the ground let her see most clearly, as does concrete/pavement/brick or anything else made of solid rock or dirt material. Sand and metal is a little less clear, but she's gotten used to it. Wood, plastic, rubber, linoleum, ice etc. will throw her for a bit of a loop, as the connection with the ground is more remote. But since she's able to find trace materials of earth in most substances, she won't be completely lost.

Lie Detection

She can feel vibrations in people with great sensitivity, so her lie detection ability is really a polygraph test. When most people lie, their pulse and physiological reactions change in slight ways that most people couldn't pick up on, but Toph can. A very, very good liar can fool her, the same way certain people can elude a polygraph.

Let me know OOCly if a character is lying in comments to her if you can. Let me know here if you think they can evade lie detection.

In general, Toph won't call anyone out on lying unless they tick her off, worry her, or she's trying to find out something specific. I'll get your OOC permission before using this.
