Oh this sounds fun. The bunny scouts could use some exercise.

Nope. Sorry.

The patented Toph method says you can't handle this. And who am I to argue with science?

Hey, what makes you say I can't handle this?!

Science, I told you. You're not a good fit.

Our radar says you can't do it.

... I should note that I cannot let you use the school yard for this, or any other area that'd be in too obvious sight of the freaky people.

Not that I'm against more martially trained people who are less likely to resort to guns, but showing off that sorta thing could wind up with temporary dronings or the like. Not a good thing.

The place I'm thinking of isn't that obvious. Anyway, don't worry about it. This is the exact kind of thing I do all the time at home. I'm good at getting away with things!

That, at least, is good to hear...

Though it's hard to say if the same skills translate to this particular place. I must admit, I'm starting to get out of practice, with so few places where I can...

So learn new skills. My style of fighting doesn't work here at all, at least not until I get another regain. So instead of sitting around, I taught myself something new.

You serious about this?

theblindbadass March 24 2010, 15:36:12 UTC
Yep! Wouldn't be offering if I wasn't!

Huh... well if you think you have the skill to teach, then I can't say I'm opposed to it. But I dunno... you probably shouldn't treat the honor of training someone else so casually.

-Oh Korean martial arts etiquette...-

Honor? It's their honor to get taught by me! If they can't handle it, I'm not interested, anyway.

I'd be interested in learning to fight.

How much are you charging for lessons.

Reply

theblindbadass March 24 2010, 15:36:45 UTC
First lesson's free. After that, if you're still in...let's say ten bucks.

the_wee_big_hag March 24 2010, 15:49:42 UTC
Alright then. When's the first lesson.

Tomorrow, after school, behind the field.

You are offering to teach children to beat up other children?

theblindbadass March 24 2010, 15:37:06 UTC
Yeah, sure. Why not?

I believe they call that a 'viscous cycle'. Or a good marketing strategy...

Nothing wrong with knowing how to fight. Especially here.
