What in the name of everything holy is going on?

I tried to go out for a stroll and the ground floor is flooding. And now the apartments smell musty and I swear that smell is going to stick.

It's not raining, so why are the water levels rising? Is this another one of those "things" that just happen around here?

I don't know if it's one of those things, but it's definitely a thing!

Guess people ought to get out of the apartments before it gets any higher.

I suppose that's wise. I'd better head to the mountains or the forest, hm?
