Challenge Fourteen; The Finals

Rules;
+ Icons are due by Tuesday, December 27th, 10:59PM CST.
+ Submit your entries to this post - comments are screened.
+ All entries must be made specifically for this challenge.
+ Do not post entry anywhere else until voting is over or you will be disqualified.
+ Textures, stock images, and blending are permitted. stock text or text brushes are banned.

This challenge comes in four parts.

Part One:

REDO: Pick one challenge that you entered and redo your icon for said challenge. You must use the same cap that you entered in the challenge but you can color, compose, and change it up however you like. Please mark what challenge you are redoing.

Part Two:

Panorama icon: A set of icons that put side by side create a panorama effect. You may use any caps from New!Who for this challenge.

Part Three:

DONNA NOBLE: Create an icon from the following cap of Donna. You must also incorporate two of the following techniques: text, negative space, center crop, black and white, texture, or rotate. You must let me know what two techniques you use for this icon.




Part Four:

FAVORITE: Create an icon of your favorite character, scene, episode, monster, word, etc. IT'S A FREE FOR ALL CHALLENGE WITH ONLY ONE RULE: Rotate, angle, skew, flip! Those are your options when you are making your icon! Your icon has to have been either flipped, angled, or rotated.
