For the record, I tend to prefer that people not put their tweets in their blogs: I almost always read both and so it just means I get them twice. Plus, reading a whole lot of tweets back to back is a really poor medium for them because they tend not to coherent (in the narrative sense).
One vote for the 'yes' option. I find reading twitter stuff to be a bit like listening to one side of a telephone conversation, and mostly boring things like "yes i'd love to go for a coffee fred" "i prefer the place on the corner" "skim milk". It's this sense of "why on earth did everyone she knows need to know that" that turns me off even the idea of using Twitter myself.
