Pain in the head

I've had a horrible headache the last couple days. It's the back of my head, and my neck especially. Now, it feels good to rub my neck and I don't have a fever but its starting to concern me a bit. Either way I at best need an adjustment or at worst have a brain tumor or aneurysm and will be dying at any minute. Neat. I'm not having visual

Dude! I've had the same sort of headache for a while now too! Though sometimes I can feel it in the top of my mouth as well...I've tried everything to alleviate it...have you found anything that works?

Codeine! Ha, we have the equivalent of tylenol 3 over the counter here. It's touching it somewhat! Ugh, I hate feeling like I could die at any second. Which is ridiculous but I'm paranoid, so there it is!
