Hehehe.. when I went to Vegas, I met a boy there and he was SO angry about that motto. It was funny. He said, "yeah, what happens in Vegas STAYS in Vegas, but I stay in Vegas too, and I have to deal with it when you're gone."

Okay, it sounded funnier when he said it. He also demonstrated how drunk people run around the strip and say that to people. Good times.
