It was all perfect.
Except.
The couples.
I hate Maiko.
I hate Kataang.
That seriously disappoints me.
I couldn't even enjoy it after Mai and Zuko kissed.
I... I don't know. Zutara is something I've held so close to my heart, and all those moments, and--I don't know. I think Kataang is stupid. If they had left Maiko and Kataang ambiguous, I'd be okay. I don't think Aang should get everything, I don't know, it just--infuriates me.

It's hard for me to enjoy it anymore.
I wish I wasn't so weird? Agh it's going to plague me for days.
I cried when Zuko and Iroh met again.
I almost cried when Sokka/Toph almost died.
It was all so beautiful. Except for the shipping. It really, really, pisses me off. haha. Of all the things to be mad about. God.
One thing I love: how we never really learn about Zuko's mom.
God. I just--AGH. AGH AGH AGH AGH AGH AGH WHY YOU GUYS?! IT WAS GOING SO PERFECTLY AND IT JUST--those scenes cheapened it for me. If Mai had come and maybe just helped him with his robe, and if Aang and Katara had just hugged, I'd be perfectly fine with it.

Q: There were several allusions to Katara being Zuko’s girlfriend throughout Season Three. Aside from Uncle Iroh, she seemed to be the first person to see the potential for good in Zuko. Was there ever a spark between the two? Was there ever a point at which you thought they would end up together?
M: Sorry to disappoint the “Zutara” fans out there, but we never intended for Zuko and Katara to get together. Maybe we’re just sentimental, but we always had a soft spot in our hearts for “Kataang.”
B: Zuko and Katara might have shared some sparks, but sometimes there are people along your “journey of love” who are there to teach you about yourself and what you really need, but don’t necessarily end up being your partner. Come on, kids! “Zutara” never would have lasted! It was just dark and intriguing.
OMFG are they joking?! I mean yea I love that they called it 'dark and intriguing', but it wouldn't have lasted?! And they think MAIKO will last?! THEY HATE EACH OTHER MOST OF THE TIME! ARE THEY JOKING ME?!
Oh so they had a soft spot for Kataang. Big fricking whoop, the couple still SUCKS. Why did they pick the dullest couples to show up in the end? Zutara was beautiful, heart-breaking, intense, and makes you want to watch more, purely for their interaction. if the show was all about Kataang and Maiko I'd cry myself to sleep every night. I'm probably going to now.
