My favorites are definitely the horoscope pics.

How did your parents take the news? D:

Thanks! I loved making the horoscope pictures. They ruined my pens, but they were ridiculously fun to do. :]

They took it really well. They're disappointed, of course, but what's done is done. I'm just glad I don't have to worry about that class anymore.

M-my style of everything! Aw geez, all of that is exactly what I love about your work as well. I think your gorgeous, meticulous lineart is what made me want to practice my own.
I don't feel like my inking by itself is all that great, but my set of pens is just... it's awesome. They're incredibly clean and smooth and fun to use and aaaaargh ♥♥♥

Also, I like Mr. Sagittarius because he perfectly exemplifies every misconception I have about the anatomy of horses! \o/

Pah, say it's the pens, I see how this goes~ =3=

What kinda pens though, may I ask? C: I've always just been a sucker for microns to the bitter end~ xD

B-but they actually make my lines clean! Or rather, I can use my sketchy-inking method with them and people won't notice the hundred different streaks I have to use to make a single line. Weighted lines usually = me being messy.

The brand is Staedtler, but I don't know if there's a name for the specific kind of pen it is?
Granted, I haven't tried many other brands of artsy pens, but compared to the vast array of normal ones we have at home, these ones are heavenly. C:

The horoscope pictures are so beautiful. I would love for you to complete the set. I wonder what you could come up with for Scorpio.

Thank you! I'm so happy everyone seems to like the horoscope pictures, because they were unbelievably fun to do. I doubt I'll ever finish the set, though. Without the motivation of making them for a grade, it'd take years to finish.

Scorpio was actually the first one I did. o: I don't have the original copy anymore, but I do have the smaller version printed in the newspaper. I'll make sure to scan that in for the next post!

Dudders, you don't have to scan it just for me. Only if you feel like it.

I think their charm lies in their smooth line strokes. They look like exquisite tattoo designs.
