Back from Wales for a few days, everything's settled now, and falling slowly back into the garbage routine like Lego blocks on my shoulder blades.  American Idol is screaming in the background, I tire of the "Black Triangle".... blues, gospel, R&B, though the alternative is far from any adjective resembling great.  This is all I know.
