just listening to sheila takes a bow by the smiths, and it has reminded me of steve the man on the train comming home from the libertines (becuase of his tatoo of a man with a huuuuge quiff, to sybolise morrisseys rockibilly days!). im pretty sure he must have been on speed thinking about it. He was so cool, wish we could meet him again, his story

He kept smacking his kid over the head with the magazine that Pete was supposed to have signed, while he was laughing at the kid for having to go to school the next day and saying he wasn't in work. lol

lol yeh. and his wife kept trying to tell him to calm down!

I seem to remember him saying something to Gavin along the lines of "Don't worry I'm not going to rape you!" Also, I vaguely remember him talking about his wife being at a gig even though she could go into labour at any moment (I might be wrong with that memory though).
Do you realise that it's just over a year since we met Steve/saw the Libertines? As Leon famously once said "Where does the time go?"

lol. he was a festival when she was pregnant, he didnt take her though, as she was "fucking huge".lol. god bless him.
a year eh, that was a good night. it all went downhill from there!
