Well, being sick like that might cause hallucinations..so that could explain your crazy dream!

I see bugs in my dreams and can't get rid of them when I wake up sometimes. I have to get up and turn on a light for them to disappear, which can sometimes take up to 5-10 minutes of panic! Yayyyyy
