i didn't see that one coming either, and i wasn't expecting a new post from you for a while... all around, coolness!

The only downside is, we know he didn't get courtmartialed, since he is 'currently' in command.

Getting Courtmartialed means you have the trial :) Obviously we know he gets acquitted... but yes, he gets his trial.
