It's a good day.

I always had that funny fealing that that job that I was bitching about a couple posts would work itself out.  So a month later, I get the call and they offered me a job for the summer.  Needless to say I am totally greatful.  I'll have a smile on my face all day.

Sometimes I just have to shake my head in disbelief. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz has been selected as the next head of the world bank. This man is the devil personified, and one of the primary proponents of the war in Iraq. I can't take much more of this...

Back to the job search drawing board. The two jobs that were supposed to be at the place I applied to this week went down to one. That one was filled a couple of days ago. Oh well I suppose... better luck next time.

I think I like working much more than school. Not that I don't love being in class... i've always been very school oriented. The problem is that I let school take over. I put quite a bit of pressure on myself to do well. What I did realize is that since I have been on reading week, I started to sequence music for the first time in a while. ( Read more... )
